_Integrated Coaching LLP was established in Singapore in 2007 to meet the growing demand for life and executive coaching services in Asia. Our Founder and Managing Partner, Pauline Ong, is also the creator of The Coaching Solution series. The Coaching Solution is a synergistic program that draws from her extensive experience working with people in HR and cross-cultural contexts, her professional training as an executive life coach and her passion to see coaching cultures evolve everywhere.

Pauline is a professional certified coach with the Life Coaching Academy (LCA), an Australian training institution accredited with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has coached clients from different parts of the world and currently assists the Life Coaching Academy in training and mentoring new coaches in Asia.

Pauline began her career in human resources and within a few years, she took on the position of Human Resource Manager, overseeing the whole spectrum of human resource functions within the public-listed company. Following that, she moved to Japan for 4 years and was in-charge of organizing intercultural programs for Asians and their Japanese hosts in various parts of Japan. In that capacity, she worked closely with Japanese, American and Korean team members.

She speaks English, Chinese and Japanese fluently and has the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1 certification (the highest level a non-native Japanese speaker can attain). While studying at the National University of Singapore (NUS), she was placed on the Dean's List for outstanding performance in her majors of Sociology and Japanese Studies. She has a BA (Merit) and a MA in Intercultural Studies.

_In 2008, Pauline was invited to sit on the board of Life! Community Development (LCD), a non-profit charity committed to helping communities develop resilient living. Recently, in her capacity as volunteer director, she has been actively involved in the Japan rebuilding efforts after the 2011 earthquake and tsunami.

Pauline's passion in creating The Coaching Solution lies in her belief that there is a coaching solution to every problem. Whether it is developing a resilient mindset, motivating your team or communicating effectively across cultures, coaching skills can give you a definite advantage.
